Fortuna's Will is a slice of life story centered in a modern world where fantasy has become an everyday life thing. Shown through the day to day experiences of Fortuna and her friends while dealing with otherworldly beings and catastrophic incidents and celestial beholders; although for them, it's just like any other Tuesday.

This project doesn't try to be anything world changing; but instead, it goes for a more casual but crafty approach in order to express how its characters and its world influence one another. Nevertheless, what's an story without some dark elements here and there, right?

Far in the distant future; the world have settled an equal respect for modern science and ancient magic. The results of combining these two seemingly heterogeneous arts has come to be known as LIDN: "the forces driven by the feelings of the subject and the nature that surrounds it".

Almost anything in this world evoke some sort of this so called "LIDN"; from people, animals and plants, to furniture and even beings coming from different realms. But from time to time, certain individuals are born different; able to reach much greater potentials and change the world for better or for worse.

Such is NOT the case for Fortuna; a diligent but somewhat cynical girl whose unfortunate fate was to become an outstanding person, but in one of the worst possible scenarios.

Focused on hiding her "dark heritage", Fortuna makes the utmost effort to showcase her other skills to the point that "showing off" has become second nature to her and while this behavior undoubtedly drives others mad, it has brought up a golden opportunity; a chance to join SIMARI Institution, considered an "eminence" in the fields of research and investigation.

If she can manage to make a name for herself there, there will be no more fear of ending labeled as one of "society's black sheep", but unbeknownst to her; the institute has more than a job offer prepared. Challenges and mysteries await, involving not only Fortuna, but her friends, family and even enemies.

FORTUNA F. RODHA

An expert "elementalist", a title only a few aspire to achieve, much less reach it. Equally renown for her idiosyncrasy, but a good person nontheless.
If you need a job done, she shouldn't be your first choice; unless you want the whole place blown up.

ALISHA F. RODHA

Unofficial second in command of the institute's security department, highly regarded by her peers and specially her direct superior.
People find her abilty to keep up with her sister's eccentricities a talent.
